MDG Design + Construction is a leading real estate firm that develops, constructs, and manages high quality affordable housing across New York City and Long Island.
Ocean Bay is a MDG-led 24-building, 1,395-unit, NYCHA redevelopment in the Edgemere neighborhood of Far Rockaway, Queens, budgeted at $560 million. It is NYCHA’s first RAD project and the largest single-site RAD transaction in the country.
MDG needed a modern visual identity, as well as a more appealing, elevated new branding for their Ocean Bay Apartments Complex.
